Technical Assistance
Advice on the telephone to assist in times of need or, if circumstances demand, fully equipped engineer on-site offering the same.

Ad-hoc servicing and repairs
SMV can assist in times where customers own engineering teams are short staffed or under-capacity for whatever reason. We can assist on non-SMV machines too!

Service Contracts
Either preventative servicing or fixed price all-inclusive maintenance, SMV can tailor a package around the customer’s precise needs.

Resident Engineers
Allows the customer to concentrate on their own core business activity leaving material handling maintenance and administration in the hands of specialists. SMV Engineers can also maintain other mobile plant that may exist on site. This could include small forklifts, competitive heavy equipment or even other construction / agricultural plant
